About Guro

Guro works at Netlife, a UX company based in Oslo, where she works mainly with strategy and business development. She got her degree economics and studied at Copenhagen Business School, where she regularly gives guest lectures. Managing UX projects in both the private and public sector, she frequently encounters business that are organised for stability and not for flexibility, and her job is to help them adapt their organisations to the contemporary and dynamic market climate. That can be by design of their website and app, or their organization and routines. Mostly a combination of the two. Guro has experience from transformation processes in Telenor before coming to Netlife and she frequently speaks at conferences that deals with these issues.
