About Dave

Dave is currently the Director of Product Design at DigitalOcean. This latest chapter follows a long career of both design organization leadership and the building of design communities around the world. He is a co-founder of the Interaction Design Association (IxDA), the Enterprise UX conference and the soon to be premiered Design Operations Summit. He is a former professor of Interaction Design. His work has spanned over 2 full decades for large organizations, and startups across various design roles. He is committed to the advancement of design practice as a primary means of providing value to people and organizations alike.
