Lillian Olsen has an entrepreneurial drive for bringing positive change to the society. She strongly believes in design thinking as a strategic tool for problem solving focusing on humancentered design and cocreation.
Olsen is currently the CEO of Halogen, which she founded in 2002. Halogen is one of Norway’s leading independent design agencies, consisting of 55 multidisciplinary designers and consultants.
Olsen is an enabler for strategic design and innovation processes with excellent records within complex global business environments for companies within telco, shipping, heavy industry, maritime, oil and offshore sectors.
She was nominated „industry-leader of the year“ by Norwegian Computer Society in 2012 and has been involved in several projects awarded „Design of excellence“ by The Norwegian center for Design and Architecture.
